Don’t miss a chance to hear Bob Schlacks’s unique approach to developing resumes which will get noticed.
Bob Schlacks has a passion for those in career transition. Bob conducts Resume and Interviewing Workshops twice a month at the Illinois Worknet in Aurora; he has conducted more than 250 of these workshops over the past 10 years.
After a successful Human Resources career at AT&T, Bob worked at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, Illinois, his primary responsibilities were to recruit adult students and develop relationships with community agencies and organizations. In addition, Bob made informational presentations to graduating seniors at 22 local high schools within the Waubonsee school district. Bob was also responsible for the hiring, supervising and training of the Student Ambassadors on campus.

The program and the networking are ideal for those who are unemployed, under-employed or just looking for a new employment opportunity. The large majority of new jobs are found through networking, and participants are eager to help each other find the right contact to land a new position.

The next TUG meeting is Monday, July 27 in the Huntley Room (lower level) at the St Charles Library, 1 South 6th Avenue in St. Charles. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are free.
