Topic: Tough Questions
Participants receive a list of potential tough interview questions, then selecting from this list or recalling their own experiences, point out questions for which they would like to have effective responses.
The facilitator then asks for volunteers to prepare at least a partial answer to each question. Once this is done, the facilitator leads a discussion of each question and possible answers. The goal is that, at the end of the session, everyone has notes on effective ways to respond to these questions that might come up in an interview.
