Betty Flasch, GPHR, is a Global Talent Management and Career Management Consultant who brings value to clients through 25 years of corporate leadership development and coaching. Her combined experience in Corporate Talent Development, Human Resources, Career Management and Higher Education has taken her around the world, working with senior leaders, mid-career executives and newly minted professionals.

A Spanish and French speaker, Betty has lived and worked in the US and abroad, holding leadership positions in both global corporate and higher education environments, with a focus on increasing individual and organizational performance through global talent management, leadership coaching and development; executive education and career management.

Searching for a job is challenging at any time or career stage; the pandemic only adds further complications to the mix.  Join us at TUG on Monday, January 25 as we explore workable solutions to prepare for and achieve your short- and long-term goals.



Prior to Betty, there will be a brief orientation by Jerry Huang, Manager for the workNet Center that is now in Batavia.  The workNet is a partnership among local government and community organizations such as IDES, the county Workforce Development Divisions, the Department of Human Services and Vocational Rehabilitation, and the local community colleges.  We here to assist anyone who is looking for job assistance with searching for a job or getting additional job skills training.  Through our partners, we are also able to refer clients to programs such as SNAP (food stamps), rental assistance, childcare assistance and other programs for those that need it.  All of these programs are at no cost to the client.
